Reservation defaults
Choose reservation defaults and which scheduled times clients can see.
Preselected when a reservation is added in the panel. Staff can still change it before saving.
When a reservation has an expected arrival or departure time, show it to the client instead of the standard time window.
Boarding time windows
Shown in day-before reservation reminders when both start and end times are set.
Set different arrival or pickup windows for selected weekdays.
Excluded days
Days when check-in and check-out are not allowed. These days will be disabled in all date pickers.
Closed dates
Block reservations, check-ins, and check-outs for planned closure periods.
No closed dates
Add closure periods for holidays, renovations, or planned breaks.
Stay information for clients
Shown to clients on their reservation page. What to bring, vaccination requirements, arrival guidance, house rules.
